Eric C. Tarver, PE, CEM, LEED AP
Principal/President
With more than 30 years of professional engineering experience with consulting engineering companies in project design for the construction of facilities. He has been a team leader and senior electrical engineer providing design for a variety of projects including educational, health care, commercial, institutional, laboratory, pharmaceutical, and industrial projects. He has designed high-voltage power, low-voltage power, fire alarm systems, lighting, communications and security systems.
Mr. Tarver is a proponent of sustainable design and can assist the architect or Owner with strategies for incorporating sustainable design into their facilities. His design experience includes renovation and new construction using traditional design-bid-build, design-build and fast-track techniques. Mr. Tarver has prepared technical specifications, engineering reports and construction estimates. His experience also includes construction administration including submittal review, site observation, and coordination of issues arising during construction.
Noah D. Kinder, PE, FPE, CEM, LEED AP
Principal/Vice President
As a mechanical engineer, Mr. Kinder has worked on industrial, commercial, medical, and institutional projects. He has provided innovative designs of mechanical systems with a focus on the owner needs and constructability. Mr. Kinder is versed in energy consumption modeling, life-cycle cost analysis and cost estimating to provide systems tailored to the owners' needs in initial and operational costs. He has more than 20 years of direct experience working as a consulting engineer and 15 years in the construction field with responsibilities including design, fabrication, installation, and project coordination. As an owner advocate, Mr. Kinder understands the requirement for teamwork among the owner, architects, consultants and contractors to deliver a quality product.
